「We had an amazing overnight stay. The staff were very welcoming, informative and professional. We opted to have dinner in our room (private dining). This was definitely a very rememberable experience with a six course meal. The food for the whole trip was some of the nicest I had. The view from our room was breathtaking. I hightly recommended Ambassador Cruises in Ha Long Bay.」

「My recent 2-day,1-night trip abroad Grand Pioneer Cruise with my husband and 2 other couples in Ha Long Bay was spectacular. From the moment we checked in at the waiting lounge, stepped on board to final farewell, every detail was executed with details. The only fly in the ointment was when disembark waiting for car pickup in the lounge, we were asked to move to the other side because the area we sat was reserved for check in customers where there was no sign to indicate that. 「Trip from the wharf on the tender (boat big enough to fit 40 or so people) took about 40 minutes to get out to the boat moored out in Halong Bay. Had set menu lunch and dinner tasting menu food was good. Room was comfortable and air conditioning worked well. Bathroom nice with porthole window in the shower. Activities were good including kayaking, squid fishing and visit to cave. Favourite activity for the family was the karaoke. Pool was a very big spa that was well utilised. Shuttle transfer...
