"The hotel was great value for money. The voews from.tje pool were stunning and staff really helpful and freindly. We enjoyed our 3 day break here. Breakfast was very nice with lots of choice. Maid service was very efficient also. Big thanks to Jenny on reception for makimg sure we were ok and helping is arrange a trip and late checkout. The life guard was also very freindly amd helpful."

or ropeway or restaurants. Lobby and rooftop are pretty, so are stairs. Nice restaurant part of the hotel. The front office staff were wonderful, always smiling and helpful - 7* for them. Lovely Sunrises can be seen from the pool deck of Halong Bay. Would surely return to the hotel. "

"Great location and balcony view! I walked the area for 3-4 hours and felt safe. The room was good sized and looks like it was a 5-star hotel at one time. There is heavy mold on the curtain in the shower, but it is humid. The huge down side was checking out. It must have been the owner or manager that sat there staring as you check out, then walks out behind you, maybe to see if you left the property, then went back inside. Just my perception."
