2nd day change into the small boat, Want us give up the lux cabin for 8 hours that we pay high price for, that is not acceptable.we pay over $ 1200 a couple for 2 nights 3days trip.

I can definitely recommend this cruise. There are many options, but very hard to fault this cruise. Cruise manager Marinella Sheen Oania was exceptional, as was Korina Bicaldo, who constanty made sure we were having a good time. Was very relaxing, and food was great. If you are seeking a big party boat, this one is probably not for you.

Absolutely loved this cruise. Breath-taking scenery. Luxurious surroundings and delicious food. Was lovely to chat to other passengers on board. A very relaxed yet busy itinerary including kayaking and hiking. Felt very special and would encourage anyone thinking of taking a cruise to book with Paradise Elegance. It did not disappoint!!

Perfect cruise with great service
We had an amazing time on board the Paradise Elegance for 3days and 2 nights. Ryan was a great manager to help us with all our needs. The rooms were clean and spacious. The overall condition of the cruise was also perfect. The food was fantastic specially the set menu items. The spa was too good and the masseurs knew how to do a good massage. Finally the entertainment due team had us busy after dinner.

Halong Bay is beautiful and the staff on the cruise are amazing. The ship itself is very new with clean spacious rooms.

Nice and friendly staffs! Meal option for dinner was good as we could select from Eastern and Western and we can mix those on our choices. It was great if we could have conditioner in the room but everything else was great.

This cruise is definitely worth the price, our room had an incredible view from every angle, even from the bathroom! The room is quite big and super comfy, the bed is like a 5 star hotel. The food provided was really good, better than our expectations and the cruise manager was very nice. They have all day activities, spa services and live music at night, only thing lacking is a karaoke machine. Highly recommend this and it is definitely an elegance cruise.

We booked one of the top larger rooms on the boat for two nights, only to discover that this room is above the generator which was louder than loud when the boat anchored at night. The second day, we came back from an excursion only to find that this room smelled like a sewer line had broken. Well, I am guessing that the luxury room was above the septic tank as well as the night generator! The second night, we switched for a room half the size of our prepaid luxury room. We were given $40 compensation for the downsize when our original suite room cost significantly more than the room we were moved to. We should have been refunded the total difference between our original luxury suite and the match-box room, especially given the louder than loud generator and septic tank odor.

Luxury Afloat
The feature of the cruise was not just the unique scenery of Halong Bay but the five star luxury of the Paradise Luxury. The crew were fantastic, the food was great and the ambiance superb. Highly recommend.

Comfortable stay on the paradise
Kudos to the Paradise staff for their best efforts to keep everyone engaged and Ensure that no one feels left out. The elegance cruise rooms and facilities were indeed most 'elegant' and offered the most comfortable stay at halong Bay.

You will not regret.
Such an unforgettable trip to Halong bay. Every single staff is so friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and bed was cozy and comfy, to having a balcony own my room was cool as well. I was worried before I go but I can not be just happier than now that I chose this cruise and people who I met on the cruise absolutely completed my journey successfully.

みなさん大変親切にして下さりましたが、特にテーブル担当のDoさんが親切にして下さりました。 こちらが英語が不慣れながら、必死にこちらの意思を組み取り対応してくださり感謝の気持ちでいっぱいです。 お料理がどれを食べても美味しく感動致しました。 アクティビティの洞窟探検もワクワクが止まりませんでした。 次機会があればカヌーも体験したいです。 本当にありがとうございました。

一泊クルーズは，あっという間
バイチャイからGrabで向かいましたが，受付と教えられたパラダイスホテルが周囲に数件あり，少し迷いました。 乗船・出港すると，すぐに昼食，そして，洞窟見学・カヤック・春巻き作りと続き，夕食には，洋食とベトナム料理から組み合わせて，おいしい魚料理をいただきました。 翌日は，朝食前に朝日を浴びながらのヨガ，展望台までの山登りがあり，気がつくとチェックアウトの時間で，あっという間の一泊でした。 左舷側の部屋でしたが，停泊中も運転している発電機が下にあり，バルコニーに出るとエンジン音が気になりました。 スタッフの皆さんの対応は全て英語で，とても親切にクルーズを盛り上げてくれました。 バルコニーでみた，ハロン湾の夕焼け最高でした。

숙면을 취할만큼 침대 매트리스도 프로그램도 좋았으나. 아침에 티톱을 가는 코스에 전날 이용자가 모래를 침대에 뭍혀놓은건지. 깔끔한 침구에 모래가 있어 그냥 털어내고 말았지만, 그 부분이 아쉽고. 디너 메뉴나 일정안내에 한글메뉴도 같이 비치해둠 좋겠다는 생각이 들었다. 하노이와 왕복 교통은 별도 예약및 추가지불 해야 했지만. 상대적으로. 8인승 벤을 타고 2시간30분만에 이동할수 있어서 편했다.

Das ist Spitzenklasse.
Diese kurze Kreuzfahrt hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Das Schiff, das Essen und vor allem auch das Personal waren exzeptionell. Der Manager war allgegenwärtig und schaffte es trotz der kurzen Zeit eine gute Beziehung zu den Gästen aufzubauen.

Très beau moment dans la baie d’Halong Superbe bateau, bond repas A savoir si vous prenez le transfert aller-retour depuis Hanoi avec cette compagnie, vois aures 1h30 d’attente au sol (lobby d’un hôtel) avant de prendre la voiture de retour.....

매우 만족스러운 크루즈
룸에 테라스가 있었고 썬베드가 있어서 누워서 멋진 전망을 볼 수 있어 좋았으며, 배에 탄 승무원들도 친절하고 음식도 좋았습니다. 리모델링을 한지가 얼마 되지 않아 크루즈 실내가 깨끗하고 인테리가 아주 괜찮았습니다. 하롱베이까지는 3시간 30분에서 4시간 걸리기 때문에 리무진을 신청하였는데 편하고 좋았습니다.

O mais novo e confortável barco de Halong Bay.
O Paradise Elegance Cruise é um barco extremamente novo, inaugurado em 2017, me pareceu o maior de todos, um barco elegante, moderno. O quarto é uma suíte de hotel ampla e com ótimo luxo, maior do que a média dos outros barcos pelo que eu vi nas fotos destes. O staff é bastante atencioso, em especial o gerente geral, um filipino bastante prestativo. Vale cada centavo conhecer Halong Bay pelo Paradise Elegance Cruise.

Cruzeiro único e imperdível !!!
Apesar da reserva ter sido feita para um barco novo e o barco que encontramos ser velho, o passeio é maravilhoso. A tripulação é muito simpática e atenciosa e a comida e bebida muito boa. A programação poderia ter reservado mais tempo para nadarmos pois o lugar é ótimo com águas calmas, mornas e limpas.
