「This hotel is very modern, and the location is excellent. The check-in process was very quick, and the room was very clean. The breakfast was abundant with plenty of choices. The only downside is that the trash was not taken out during cleaning.」

「Heel erg leuk hotel, heel zorgvuldig en origineel ingericht, super locatie op loopafstand van heel veel leuke plekken in Den Haag. Heel goed ontbijt! Enorm vriendelijk en attent personeel (wij hadden een jarige in ons midden die meerdere keren heel erg leuk verrast werd). Bij een volgend tripje naar Den Haag zou ik zeker weer voor The Collector kiezen!」

「Overall a very pleasant stay, conveniently located in the center of Den Haag and close to all kinds of shops. The apartment was cozy and quiet, staff was also quite friendly. The only minor complaint is that check-in time is at 4PM which is much later than most other accommodations.」

「We stayed for 2 nights. The front desk staff was very friendly and even let us check in earlier than 3 p.m., saying our room was already prepared — that part was great! However, the room was not clean at all. We could find the previous guests’ hair anywhere, and even a chocolate wrapper they left behind. This is the first time I’ve stayed in a room without boxed tissues, a refrigerator, or even a trash can (or bag) in the bathroom. Very disappointing! After speaking with two front desk staff...
