"Ich war sehr enttäuscht von meinem Aufenthalt im Hotel. Das Bad war unzureichend gereinigt, und als wir reklamierten, wurde uns vom Direktor gesagt, wir sollten froh über das fliessende Wasser sein. Nachgereinigt wurde nicht. Wir mussten den Boden im Bad selbst mit einem Tuch reinigen, das danach komplett schmutzig war. "We enjoyed 3 nights at this hotel. Overall our stay was excellent. The hotel is very clean, modern & well located being a 15 minute walk from the main train station. This was convenient for us as we did 2 day trips by train to Annecy & Montreux. Our room was very comfortable & surprisingly quiet. Breakfast was very good - no hot options but a good variety of cereals/muesli/granola, toppings, meats, cheeses, yoghurt, breads etc. There are also tea/coffee stations on each floor which is a nice idea but unfortunately the hot water just isn't hot enough. The hotel e trance is located within a sjopping centre"
