“This was an an enjoyable experience, particular for a sole traveller. The accommodation was clean and comfortable and the proprietors were extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast (which was very good food) was an enjoyable social experience meeting other guests that you do not tend to get with staying at a larger chain hotel. Very relaxing and quiet rural location, easy for getting out and visiting Ely or Cambridge. ”

“Great B&B to stay at. USB sockets in the bedside lamps; tea and coffee in the room; coffee machine, fridge and microwave in the guest lounge; plenty of choice for breakfast; a fan in the room was most welcome; shampoo, conditioner and body wash provided as well as lovely towels and face cloths. ”
“I booked a single room with private bathroom. However, it does not locate in the room. I needed to go outside every time I used the closet and even I washed my hands. It’s not what I want for privacy and convenience although I was the only one who kept the bathroom key!”

“We loved our stay! My spouse and I were initially unsure about the shared bathroom, but it turned out to be a non-issue. The grounds were delightful, and while the room was small, the design made it feel just right—cozy and well thought-out.
Breakfast was a highlight: the morning walk to it added charm, and the meal itself brought real joy. The location was excellent—peaceful yet well-connected.
I would absolutely recommend this place to friends visiting the area.
