"The check-in process was very easy. The passcode to get into the cabin was provided about two hours before check-in. Upon arrival, the cabin was very clean and stocked with necessities. I was able to keep in contact with the staff via text and they were very prompt to respond."

"We needed to switch rooms because at first we saw ants in the room. Then when we pulled back the sheet there was a bed bug or tick on the sheets. The front desk immediately switch our room. The 2nd room’s bathtub/shower wasn’t 100% cleaned. There was a dirty facecloth hanging on the shower curtain & short black hair on the shower wall. There was also someone’s shorts on the shelf in the closet. When we went to check out the next morning the staff was very kind. The head of household was also there & I explained that our first room had ants & they said they were going to take care of it. I told him the 2nd room seemed to have clean sheets & towels but it seemed like the bathroom wasn’t finished getting cleaned. We usually stay at Holiday Inn Express but was disappointed in the Norwich CT hotel. We purposefully book with Holiday Inn express because of the indoor pool, but the pool was also out of order that weekend. "
