Das Ferienhaus ist recht neu.

Das Ferienhaus ist recht neu. Es ist vollkommen ausreichend ausgestattet, wenngleich man den Zweck der gewerblichen Ferienvermietung auch sieht. Heißt es ist nicht mehr vorhanden, als es sein muss. Es gibt keine Bilder oder es ist recht "nüchtern" eingerichtet.Leider war das Ferienhaus nicht sonderlich sauber beim Einzug. Kaffeemaschine, Küche, Bäder, WC´s habe sehr zu wünschen übrig gelassen.Auch das ganze Thema Zähler ist ungeklärt. Beim Anbieter gibt´s keine Maske, wo man die Zählerstände erfassen kann.Trotzdem ein schöner Innenpool mit angenehmer Temperatur. Ein Außen-Whirpool mit sehr leiser Technik, so dass man darin auch gut entspannen konnte.Ansonsten ist die Lage sehr ruhig. Zugang zur Ostsee ist kurz und fußläufig. Es ist allerdings kein Sandstrand, sondern der Naturboden geht direkt in die Ostsee über. Ansonsten ist Ebbe und Flut hier deutlich wahrnehmbar. Es entsteht also regelmäßig ein Bodden. Mit Gummistiefel ist dieser perfekt zu erkunden.Grundsätzlich braucht man sicher ein Auto, dann ist aber in einer Stunde Fahrzeit vieles zu erreichen.

Das Haus ist grundsätzlich noch sehr neu und entspricht den Bildern. Allerdings war das Haus bei Anreise nicht wirklich sauber und die Terrasse samt Möbeln sehr dreckig (Asche, Zigarettenkippen etc.). Der Garten sieht zudem noch sehr nach Baustelle aus.Leider fehlte eine Gästemappe o.ä., man bekam kaum Informationen zur Funktionsweise und Ausstattung des Hauses. Ein weiterer Minuspunkt ist, dass es keine richtigen Gläser (weder für Wein noch für Wasser o.ä.) gibt, sondern nur Plastik. Die Ausstattung der Küche war ansonsten okay.Der Poolbereich war sehr schön und angenehm beheizt, die Sauna jedoch sehr klein.
