Friendly Staff and overall a great stay
Everyone of the staff was super friendly, our room was very clean, my children told me I freeze them, so our first night I got extra blankets they still said they was cold and a staff member gave me a comforter. I couldn’t ask for a better place to stay. I don’t really have anything to complain about but if I did, I would have to say maybe their breakfast. They had a wide variety of things to choose from even hot sandwiches but when it came to yogurt they only had Greek.

Spacious rooms. Mattress was worn. Found lantern flies in the room 4 times. Got a spider bite at night while sleeping. Need pest control. Staff were all friendly.

So delighted with this lovely well kept property. Fully stocked rooms for those, like us, who like to have a meal in the room—fridge, microwave, dishes and cutlery! Our only wishlist would be a more modest pet fee ($50 per pet is a stretch!) and a warmer indoor pool for the kiddos.

Very nice hotel!
Nice hotel centrally located by the mall with restaurants to chose from. Bed was very comfortable and room was quiet. Nice choices for breakfast and very clean and well prepared I would definitely recommend this hotel!

We were only there for one night and the experience had us wanting more. Every detail from short to long stay was thought of and everyone from the front desk to housekeeping was so friendly. It was very special to have my name on the TV when I arrived. Whenever we stay in that region in the future, the Home 2 Suites will be where we stay.

Because the staff at this hotel (for the most part) were kind and friendly I would give this hotel a 8.5/10. The missing 1.5 point is the carpet in the rooms and perfume used to cover up the pets smell. The carpets are quite dirty , if you walk on it barefoot and take a shower you will see the water turn black. If you have allergies the best is to chose a different hotel. The staff at this hotel does clean the room very well to the best of their availability (I know they can't steam vac the room every day). Good friendly staff, large rooms, lots of counter space, Ethernet connection in rooms, breakfast etc etc... So it had all you need ..

The staff was very friendly. We utilized the pool area that was nice. Room was clean. The only suggestion I would say wasn’t ideal was the rooms bathrooms the doors didn’t have locks on them. Wish those had locks

My fiancé and two sons and myself stayed here for two nights. Our satay was peaceful, quiet and comfortable. Staff was very nice and helpful. We would recommend you look into this hotel to stay with your family and friends of you happen to be in the Maryland (Hagerstown/D.C area)

Great breakfast!
Home2 suites did not get the reservation from hotels.com so I had to get on with an agent while in the lobby to send me their confirmation number that the hotel uses. Staff was not helpful at all saying they hate third party reservations and they never work. This is the first time it’s happened and we are silver members of hotel.com. On the plus side it was the best free breakfast we’ve have ever had!
