Search Ryokans in Hagi

"The hotel is 15 min walk from the "train station" where the train does not run now (there is a bus instead), or 5 min walk on a steep slope or stairs from a bus stop (this is also an only parking lot), which was hard for my old parents. The hotel staff are trained to be very kind for routines, but when we came back to pick up something we forgot, the staff made an obvious frown and even denied at the beginning ... I had to ask again before she finally went to check and brought us what we left...

"We booked 2 rooms for the 5 of us. This was the best stay we had out of the 3 ryokan experience we had for our trip this time. Hotel service was great, the onsen area was big with good atmosphere. We also enjoyed the dinner very much and they also have band playing music at the hotel lounge every night. My family and I enjoyed it very much and we wished we could stay for one more night! :)"

"This hotel is convenient to go to Shoin Shrine on foot, although it is a steep climb from Shoin Shrine to the hotel. They have a shuttle from and to the station. They also provide baggage pick-up from the train station. The staff are very kind and friendly. Food is great."

"萩城へも城下町にも歩いて行けるロケーションの良い宿でした。従業員の教育も良くできていて、気持ちよく過ごせました。食事は朝夕とも量より質を重視した上品な内容で、私には丁度良い量でした。食後にいただくコーヒー、紅茶はセルフサービスだったのが、個人的に残念な気がしました。"

"夕食前に温泉に入りましたが、脱衣所にゴキが。出て直ぐにスタッフに伝えましたが、「忙しい」の一言で対応して貰えませんでした。 翌日、８時に予約していた朝食前に風呂に入りました。９時までが入浴時間でしたが、７時半くらいに連れ合いが脱衣所で着替え中に男性清掃員が入ってきたそうです。こんな事はあってはならない事ですし、万が一のことを考え女性用風呂には女性スタッフが確認してから、清掃を始めるべきです。"

"想像していた部屋では無かった。写真と違っていた。喫煙可の部屋は写真と違うそうでした。離れ宿で露天風呂と思って予約したのにざんねん。予約する時の写真や説明が分かりにくい。 離れ宿の露天風呂で検索して予約する時に普通の部屋になってらのでは詐欺みたいなもんや。新年のスタートは残念だった。"

"いたって普通。所々ごみが落ちてたりと衛生面が 気になる。離れは、階段が多く足腰の弱い方には進められない。"

"Excellent location and very good layout for our family of four. There was a lot of room and the facilities were excellent. It was in a great location and we could park our car easily too. Highly recommend."
