“Unfortunately this was the lowlight of my trip to Vietnam. Booking through Expedia was a terrible experience because we were not warned that we would be staying in rooms owned by private individuals, rather than the hotel itself. I blame both Expedia and the Flamingo for this. This meant the staff was unable and unwilling to help us with basic things like laundry, gym service, or check-out. Nous avons dû payer un taxi pour nous y rendre Notre choix s’était pour sur cet hôtel pour cette condition car il est très loin du centre dans une zone d’activité avec aucun intérêt ”

We had room 801, the family apartment with balcony and city view, it was very big, 2 rooms and 2 full bathrooms, japanese toilet, full kitchen with all you need to cook, washing machine for clothes and bottles of water. On the ground floor you have free coffee, tea and candy as well as a sauna, fitness center and an amazing and very modern free massage chair 🙌, you definitely need to try!
