"The reception staff, especially Mai Tram and Thanh, were very courteous, professional and helpful. The room, though small, was very functional. I really appreciate the free laundry of one set of clothes per day if you are staying more than 3 days. The Japanese breaksfasts served in the morning were delicious and the portion was just right. One suggestion: add an anti-slip mat in the bathtub."

"A really delightful hotel. The hotel was beautifully decorated, perfectly clean and the breakfast was fantastic. The staff spoke excellent English and went the extra mile to be friendly and helpful - a special mention to Van Anh who was really lovely! An easy walk from the railway station. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. "
