“the location is good, walking distance from the train station, metro, German Colony district, and the tram stop to the inter city bus station is also within 2 mins walk. staffs are responsive to our questions, and very helpful. but two out of the three ceiling lamps out of order. it will be perfect if they are fixed! ”

The house is beautiful and well equipped with everything you need & more...
The view is incredible as the house is literally front raw on a valley leading to the beach below. the sea view from the balcony is also amazing.

“Truthfully the apartment is ok, well located and clean, but the entire communication with the owners, from A to Z was an absolute nightmare and had to involve hotels .com in the process. Paranoid and extortion kind of behavior. ”
