"The house was perfect! It was big enough, the pool was AMAZING, the heating was well worth the extra cost for us! Minimal issues, but when an issue did arise, the property management company was super friendly and helpful! Would absolutely recommend this property!"

"This is the third time we have stayed in this home and when visiting central Florida we would not consider anywhere else. The owners are delightful and are quick to respond, it’s a wonderful neighborhood and our dog loves to take up over to the golf course so that he can watch the golfers. He loves it when they see him watching and when finished with the hole they come see their cabin fan. The primary bedroom has a new foam pad which helps the mattress a bunch but it’s still too hard for us. The only thing I can find slightly wrong is that when someone stays two weeks or longer, I would like to see at least 1 roll of toilet paper week per bathroom. That is only a minor concern as we always bring our own. I also suggest bringing bottled water with you, through no fault of the owner, Haines city water is the worst on the planet. The good news is Walmart and Dollar General market are so close you can pop out quickly to get some. This is our home away from home. Our dog even remembers where we place his food and water bowl and he stood in the same place waiting for us to put it down for him. Thank you for another wonderful stay. We look forward to our next. Oh and awesome restaurants nearby too. Don’t hesitate to check them iut."

"We had a 2-week holiday, me, my wife and our 6 year old son, in this beautiful villa. The beds were very firm and good for sleeping, the furniture was somewhat comfortable, although for our taste the sofa was a bit soft and the table in front of it was on the small side. The swimming pool was great, we used it a lot and the water temperature was fine with an outside temperature of +30 degrees Celsius. The kitchen was nice, cutlery, crockery, glasses, cups and pans in abundance. The electric stove, oven, refrigerator with, washing machine, dryer and dishwasher were easy to operate and worked fine. The microwave also worked fine, but the operation was not very obvious. We also liked that Walmart and various restaurants were around the corner within a 15 minute drive. The travel time to the Disney, Universal parks and International Drive was acceptable at 30 minutes without traffic jams. The only thing that disappointed us was the high traffic pressure on US HW 27 and I4, this was not just during rush hour, this caused the travel time to increase considerably (up to 90 minutes), which we really had to take into account. The management agency that manages the maintenance of the villa responded very quickly and adequately to our reports of minor problems. The only thing they did not solve was the garbage container that did not have wheels, which made it a bit difficult to place the container on the street side."

"We stayed 3 nights. The house was clean and comfortable and in a very convenient location very close to a Walmart. The kitchen had all the equipment needed, but absolutely nothing else. It would have been nice if there were coffee filters and salt and pepper, at least."

"Weather was perfect. Location and view were even better than expected. While there are trees on the lot. There is plenty of sun on the pool area. The retractable awning was a nice addition and supplied relief when we wanted shade. Great golf course, near perfect condition. The club house is very nice. Food prices are very reasonable. Looking forward to possibly vacating again at this site"
