“This property was great for what we were looking for. The pool and hot tub were well maintained and it was a reasonable price for the heating add on. Only complaint was that the first floor master bedroom was way too hot, the airflow was not even and there was no fan to relieve that at all. Plus as someone who runs hot, I would have preferred to have been able to set the air lower than 74 and it seemed like there was an auto setting on the air that wouldn’t allow you to lower it more. We didn’t……

The villa is well appointed with modern appliances and is surprisingly spacious. This is our second stay and we will definitely be returning in the future.”

“Could not use the tv in the living room until the second afternoon, they brought a new remote so that’s not a problem anymore. Drawer front in bathroom kept falling off, game in the garage is broken some lights don’t work including the pool lights it was so dark I got in the hot tub and since I couldn’t see I stepped down on the bench next step there was nothing there and I am pretty sure I broke my toe.its a beautiful house just needs some serious maintenance .Be prepared there’s only 1 trash……
