Everything is excellent! No matter staff, room and others are perfect! I saw some comments said the in-room hot spring is just the hot water, but i can smell the hot spring water so i think it's hot spring water, recommend this hotel to all visitors!

The hotel is beautiful and modern. There were plenty of choices in breakfast buffet and the taste was good. We like the open bath area, yet sometimes the bugs would fly in.

Excellent and well equipped hotel. We stayed in a hot spring room next to the riverside which is a bit noisy! The hotel is a bit far from the railway station. Walking to the hotel is not recommended as it is dangerous to walk along the curving hillside roads with other vehicles.

Staff are very nice! We don’t know how to get to the hotel at Gora station. We tried to ask the driver and he immediately drove us to the hotel. Thanks him so much!! The room is really tidy and clean. Like it very much. Truly Appreciate :) Shuttle bus is necessary as the location is a little bit far from the station.

We are pleased with the trip. Privacy onsen for family is very good. One very small disadvantage for the room. There are no plastic bags for garbage cans, we need to find our own bags for it.

Gorgeous property with very many nice amenities. The fun foot spa was a treat. You can order drinks and snacks and enjoy a nice foot soak while looking out over the river. Very attentive staff. Very well treated.

Most importantly the hotel has a shuttle from/to the Gora train station (10am-6pm). Make sure you call them otherwise you will suffer trying to go down steep and narrow steps with luggage thinking it is a short walk. We had booked a room for 3 and there is only one bed. Had to not only pay for the sofa bed but also breakfast for our child which is very odd considering the booking was for 3. The shelf in the room had a serious amount of dust buildup which is very unusual for Japan. The balcony hot spring and the hotel hot spring are absolutely amazing. Make sure you take advantage!

This hotel is beautiful. Love the decor. Very clean and loved the in room onsen. View was not the best. It wasn’t river view which would have been fabulous. The hotel is a 30 minute drive from Odawara Station. The hotel has a free shuttle service with limited time slots. For rest and relaxation this is a great hotel.
