“Lovely trip to Hakuba with the family staying at the footstep of the Iwatake slopes. The snow was on and my family and I had a great time. The cottage is lovely, something you would imagine staying at in the snow or by a lake. Has everything you need in it, from the kitchen to the bathroom. Heating was amazing, and the place was so cozy. Only downfall was the standup piano and my daughter thinking she was John Legend so having to listen to that all night did my head in. “15-min walk to the main terminal for buses to ski slopes. Accommodation was a bit dated. Comfortable but nothing special. The toilet smelled bad no matter how many times we cleaned it. There was sufficient space for 3 large adults; would have been tight for 4 and too cramped for 5. Friendly staff who were more than happy to transfer us to/from the station and willing to help and provide information. Overall average accommodation.”

“The staff and management team is very hospitable and friendly. Particularly Staff Anna whose service is commendable. She went all the way out to help me. I was down with flu and she drove me to the clinic, helped me talk to the nurse in Japanese and ensured everything went well. “何度も長野の旅を経験してますが、白馬には初めて宿泊しました。 お部屋は広くて機能的で、概ね快適に過ごせました。冷蔵庫にはコーラと氷結のサービスもあり嬉しかったです。 洗面台が高いと口コミにありましたが、本当に高くて（私も子供も身長150センチ程）多少つま先立ちで使用しました。 お子さんが一緒だと抱え上げるのも大変そうなので、ステップがあるといいと思います。 洗面台前の可動式の全面鏡が、好きな場所を隠せたりする（入口や洗面）のは便利でした。 エレベーター近くにウォーターサーバー、洗濯機、アイスディスペンサーと自販機あり。 温泉エリアのドアは暗証番号の入力が必要で、セキュリティがしっかりしていると思いました。 一つだけ、温泉の利用時間がスタッフの居る10時までだったので、夕食後に慌ただしく入らなければいけなかったのが残念でした。 部屋はシャワーだけなので、12時頃までは利用できた方が折角の良いお風呂が楽しめると思いました。 と色々書きましたが、また白馬に泊まる時はリピートしたいホテルでした。”
