“酒店負責人並不幫忙，不懂英語，連簡單請他代叫的士，他都沒有應承，問他有關穿梭巴士安排，他只給時間表，再多一句解說也沒有，酒店的房間是很細小，兩個人住面積大概是四張榻榻米的面積，浴室廁所是公用的，極為罕有的痞廁，廁所格細到連開門轉身都有困難，廁所的清潔亦欠佳，附近沒有食店，只能夠徒步10分鐘去便利店買杯麵。”

“We stayed for 6 nights at this lovely family-run guesthouse. It is welcoming, cosy and clean in a quiet but charming village. Breakfast was always tasty, varied and fuelled our hours of snowboarding. The triple room with the private bathroom was generous in size, comfy and warm. Hot baths post slopes were a highlight of every day, and the laundry, space to store snowboards etc were helpful.
