"A beautiful place and a real honour to stay here as a westerner. Robes and amenities were provided and the baths were excellent including an outdoor area. Very helpful and friendly staff made us feel welcomed. There was even a mini stamp rally around the building which was great for us and our teen child to explore. "Right next to the Kanagawa train station and many great restaurants near the hotel. The room that we chose was spacious by Japanese standards. Excellent water pressure and AC worked great. The only thing negative about the room is the unusually high step for the bathroom. We chose the breakfast option when booking and it did not disappoint. Very good breakfast with so many choices both western and traditional Japanese cuisine. I would definitely stay here again."
