Halethorpe Romantic Hotel

"This hotel is in a great location. We went to an Orioles game and it’s just a 10 min walk away. The restaurant has a nice view and the food was good, not great. The only thing is we had an interior facing room so I window was facing inside. There was a Dunkin Donuts meeting that started early so there was no sleeping in. Also there was only one hook in the bathroom but otherwise it was excellent."

"To start, right from the moment you walk in, there is a curly-haired girl who is incredibly unpleasant and rude. Then there is the parking: $45 for valet service. The hotel doesn't have its own parking lot, so you either have to pay for that service or go find parking somewhere else. The pool is tiny—barely the size of a Jacuzzi—and you have to make a reservation just to use it. In my booking, I requested a room with a wheelchair-accessible shower, but they ignored my request—even though I paid extra for that specific service. The pillows were rock-hard, and the bedding smelled terrible."

"The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel is very close to the National aquarium and other attractions like Phillips and Hard Rock Cafe. As well as other bars and restaurants. There is a small playground across the street. The view of the harbor is fantastic. "
