"Everything was fantastic! All of the staff were extremely helpful. Special mentions to Mary, Karen, Linzie, and Chiara, as they all went out of their way to be helpful. "Nice to be back after many years absence. Used to stay a lot. Still great. Great studio room with functional mini kitchen & modern bathroom. Slept 9 hrs last night! Quiet. Easy free parking. Great price for Melbourne. Minor issue: Need to replace threadbare tea towels!!"

"The "likes" for 16 days of stay - a home away from home : a) The location is very close to Chadstone Shopping Mall, Subway, Hungry Jacks and Oakleigh etc b) The bed, pillows and bedding were superb and clean c) The sofa/bed was very comfortable and clean d) The bathroom was clean and has hot water on the fly - the complimentary shower gel, shampoo, conditioner and hand wash were superb! e) The concealed washing machine and dryer was a life saver, it was sound proof while in operation - Kudos! Not forgetting about the mobile drying rack! f) The utensils provided were clean and adequate for light cooking g) Carpark was ample and ease of access from 2 entry/exit zones h) I was lucky to be allocated in the non-road facing unit with a balcony - peaceful rest and beautiful views on bright sunny days! i) Last but not least, the complimentary Nespresso pods with the machine - Nice touch! The "improvements" : a) Shower head with flexible tubing instead of the short arm version (semi-flexible) b) A mobile heater fan (the affordable one from KMart @ AUD 15)"

"It turned out to be an excellent spot to meet our friends & family. Great spot for shopping, loads of fusion & non fusion restaurants, heaps of cafe's to choose from. For those not driving, there is a station close to the apartment. Yes yes, the trains can be disturbing only if you are a light sleeper. But its managable. My room was facing Male street & it was quieter. They provided on-site parking, which was very convenient — no time wasted hunting for offsite spots. The neighbourhood is lovely, and it’s a 15–20 minute walk down to the beach."
