Convenient parking available upon request, operating on a first-come, first-served basis.
For those seeking public transportation, several buses await just a block away on Robie Street. Alternatively, indulge in the peace of walking, as an abundant number of charming shops, restaurants, cafes, and a grocery store beckon within easy reach.

The apartment does not have air conditioning, so plan accordingly during warmer months.

PARKING (CONTINUOUS):
In Halifax, parking availability is limited. To efficiently manage the small number of parking spots available and enhance our guests' experience, we've collaborated with the parking operator, 'Honk.' Guests can conveniently select their desired parking duration and make payments by scanning the QR code displayed on the parking sign or with the provided link. Please make sure to register your vehicle to prevent any potential tickets from parking enforcers.

- The guest can arrive any time and purchase the nightly rate for $10 valid until 11:00 am.
- The rate is called "continuous parking" which means that once they leave, the spot might be gone.
- The rate is intended to have guests pay a full night without moving the vehicle
- The rate expires at 11:00 am.

As an alternative: there is an option to buy hourly rates at $1 per hour.

We welcome pets, with conditions for a harmonious visit. Safety and cleanliness are paramount, with essential supplies provided to enhance your experience.
— Only one pet is allowed per stay.
— The second pet is only upon request before a reservation.
— Pet is limited up to 50 pounds.

Should have heeded previous review

Outside door lock was loose and made using key awkward. Inside door to apt. is ill fitting and lock not very secure...did not feel safe and put a chair against door handle every night. Left the light outside door on at night but upstair renters would turn it off when coming home between 1.30 and 3 am..The previous review of Musty Odour is very correct! Not able to open any windows to help remove TERRIBLE smell!. Heating/cooling system was broken...it was very warm in Halifax and heat system registered between 25-28 all the time. Unbearable. Could not turn it off! No windows to open. Did speak to a representative the day before leaving and their technician had no idea how to fix the problems but did tighten the door locks. Natalie did offer to move me for my last night but to an area I did not know. She did offer me some compensation which was approved and accepted. There needs to be a lot of work done to the place....smell never goes away and not good for one's health.

Disappointed

Upon arrival there was a musty smell in the vestibule, after closing the front door the smell was better but an unfortunate first impression. The reason I booked this place was because it said it had a full service kitchen, so I wouldn’t have to depend on eating out. There was a fridge and but no cutting board, broilin pan , or roaster. There was no salt and pepper which they explicitly outlined in the description.i left many messages and emails. Ended up having to borrow the missing things. The missing articles were delivered on Tuesday, but still no cutting board or salt and pepper. There was a pod coffee maker , no pods provided. I asked for a drip coffee maker but was told as there was one there they would not be providing other one . After researching the make of maker I was to find that it had been discontinued. There were no pods that fit it. We bought to different brands. Neither even the Starbucks brand made for Nespresso machines. Luckily I was able to get my money back for those pods. I messaged VRBO about this experience but they never got back to me. We had to go to Tim’s every morning to get coffee.Also the remote for the HVAC unit didn’t work as the batteries were dead. We had to rehang the front curtains as they were hanging haphazardly off the rod. And the widows? They really needed to be cleaned , quite awful .
