Overall it wasn’t a bad stay, however the only friendly staff were the house keeping staff. The lovely staff that cleaned and re-stocked our room did a fantastic job. Was a pain that the only working ice machine was on the 4th floor - this was the case this stay as well as one year ago when we stayed.
