“Trash can was 1/2 full with loose trash when we arrived, messaged host but only our bagged trash was removed. Kitchen needs updated supplies, pots pans were limited and not in good condition. Basement often had a sewer/septic smell, no electrical outlet in basement bathroom and pool table only had one usable pool stick as others were in poor repair. We had kids with us and there was loose wood just laying in basement living area. Overall, the cabin was spacious but could use some attention and……

“This property was so gorgeous. Far exceeded our expectations. Of course the mountain views are incredible but also living space is so cozy and they have everything you could possibly need in the kitchen and bathrooms. Hot tub and balcony were wonderful. Beds comfortable. Loved that it was decorated for Christmas. Saw a group of deer on the property several times. Peaceful and relaxing but still close to town. Hope to come back again!”

“This stay was a nightmare. So, for starters I will say the main part of the cabin itself was pretty clean, decent. The main issues we had in the cleanliness department was- there’s a rat(s) living in the spare room. We seen at least 1 mouse on 4 different occasions. There were rat turds in the closet in the spare blankets, on the closet floor, & in the pots/pans in the cupboard! Secondly, there is large amounts of mold in the main room’s bathroom.
