Cleaning of room could be better. I found debris behind side tables when plugging in my phone charger. The work desk had no lamp. Room was a little dark. Overall I have been in worse. ”

“I booked a single bed room and paid for it. When I was about to check in, the front desk told me that my information was not in the system. I said how could it be possible, so I showed him my payment receipt. After a long time, they suddenly told me that they found it and upgraded my room for free. In the end, they gave me a room with two beds. I told the front desk that I was alone! Unpleasant”
