"the location is great near shopping centre and walkable to the main town by the waterside. staff are friendly and helpful. breakfast was excellent too. downside was room lacks of basic facilities like kettle and no telephone to contact reception if you need something. also no free park on site but was easy enough to park and pay. good for an overnight stay. "

"The hotel is a little dated but I give it too scores for the staff. The incredibly kind woman working the front during the day and the interesting, engaging gentleman working the night. They both were excellent at customer service, finding ways to accommodate us. I found them to be the best part of our stay. The room is nice enough. Bathroom a bit small. Breakfast is amazing and the chef was so kind. Lovely people. "
