Great location, excellent service all around, Very good italian restaurant in the hotel, nice Breakfast buffet, and very kind staff. So all in all a very good experience.
The only thing that could be better is the GYM which is very small and the parking under the hotel which is rather expensive for Germany, but that is minor

This hotel is really lovely and they have 3 restaurants. I ate 2 meals at the French restaurant and it was fantastic. The VIP perks offered 30 euros off in the restaurant plus a 1/2 bottle of champagne! They really know how to treat Expedia guests well! I highly recommend this hotel.

Location in Hamburg is very good. Take your time to explore this part of Hamburg.
The hotel has a lot to offer, restaurants and bars etc.
And I really loved the spa facility. Will definitely visit again.

This is a fabulous place. Luxury everywhere. The room was large and light with quality fixtures and fittings and the rooftop bar is splendid. Breakfast was worth it and the swimming pool was very relaxing. The only place we'll stay in Hamburg.

We have been coming here for years cause we like that it has everything under one roof from spa,gym and pool to great dining and bar options and everything is top level - and this time we attended the NYE/Silvester Party. What an amazing experience!
