Very nice hotel with friendly and helpful staff. The location is convenient to the bus terminal and other transportation. A good breakfast was included.

Eight min walk from the main train station. There are decent restaurants and supermarkets within walking distance. The gross part I can remember was the towels were replaced with blood stains ones! Yuck Special thanks goes to front desk staffer LETIZIA. She was very friendly and helpful with nearby restaurant choices. Alla prossima Letizia!

Charming old hotel
This is an old hotel, but the standard of cleanliness, maintenance and service is equal to a five star hotel. My room was small and a view to a parking lot. Super easy to park in the hotel's private parking area for a reasonable amount per day. The neighbouring area is a bit dodgy as is the case in most big cities if you are located close to the main railway station. But I never felt unsafe. Great price and great hotel. Would definitely want to stay here again.

Unpleasant on every level
I was shocked to be given a TINY, prison-style single room on the street level; the furnishings were literally from the 80s and the bed was hard and uncomfortable. I was really disappointed because the room didn't look at all like the picture I saw on hotels.com. And my booking said "twin" bed so I assumed there would be two beds in the room. When I raised this issue, the senior reception adopted a hostile attitude. She refused to allow me to cancel the reservation so I could find a different (better) hotel. Even after Hotels.com got involved, calling the hotel to plead on my behalf, the management were completely resolute in their refusal to do anything. This isn't a hotel that cares about it guests. All they care about is ripping you off. A deeply unplesant experience. Don't stay here!

The front desk kindly let me check out an hour later as my husband was feeling unwell and our train left much later. It was much appreciated extra time to rest. Cheers!

Disappointing
The drains in the shower smelled awful. I dreaded having to go in to the bathroom. There was no window or extraction fan. When I moved the curtains it created a cloud of dust too so cleanliness was not great. Also no tea/coffee facilities - I thought the bottled water provided was free but turned out to be 2.5 euros per small bottle. On the plus side it was central, right next to the Hauptbahnhof and the reception/bar area looked cleaner and smarter than the rooms.

Ein Hotel was in die Jahre gekommen ist. Aber es war sauber und das Personal wirklich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war einfach aber für die Zeit die man dort ist ausreichend. Es liegt zentral und nur wenige Gehminuten vom Bahnhof entfernt. Man muss aber die Gegend mit denen die da so rumlungern mögen und darf nicht ängstlich sein.Ich komme gerne wieder

Check in hat sehr lange gedauert. Die Dame war gründlich, der Herr war aber sehr unfreundlich. Und ich musste doppelt zahlen. Einmal online auf Expedia, dann noch mal vor Ort. Hatte Stress das Geld wiederzubekommen

Der er det der skal være. Men ikke mere til.
Ok værelser. Morgenmad også godt for så billigt et hotel. Ret slidte og støvede værelser, men de havde tørret af inden besøget. Overordnet et fint hotel for pengene.

Dårlig lugt på værelset og elendige senge, der burde være skiftet for længe siden. Der var beskidt i hjørnerne og bag døren. Vi oplevede at stå om aftenen og døren til hotellet var lukket. Vi troede et øjeblik, at vi ikke kunne komme ind og sove på vores værelse. Vi måtte opsøge nabohotellet og bede om hjælp. Efter 15 min kom vi ind.

Dejlig sted i centrum af Hamburg
Utrolig venligt personale lige fra reception, rengøringspersonale og morgenmadspersonale. Smilende, hjælpsomme og venlige. Værelset var flot og rent. Vi nød opholdet og glad for der INTET var at ærgre sig over - alt spillede. Vi kommer gerne igen. Det ligger lige i centrum og ved hovedbanegården

das Einzelzimmer ist extrem klein, so klein, daß man nicht einmal Platz hat, den Koffer zum Öffnen zu platzieren... Zimmer sehr abgewohnt, Bettwäsche war sauber, ein zerfallenes Rest Seifenstück in der Toilette... der Teppichboden und Einrichtung haben die besten Zeiten hinter sich...

Dejligt hotel med super sødt personale, god morgenbuffet, fint med renligheden. Der manglede lidt håndsprit på bordene i restauranten, men der var en ved indgangen.
