Wonderful place & very central
Lovely outstanding place. I had the good fortune to be staying in one of their balcony suites, which was really like a home from home - so spacious and clean and quiet. Lovely staff, too, and perfect location to reach the most important sights - e.g. 10mins walk to Landungsbrücken, 15mins to Jungfernstieg. Wherever I walked, I often went back to the hotel for lunch and then headed back into town afterwards. Very much recommended!

Mediocre hotel
I booked this hotel because of its great reviews but to be honest it was just mediocre experience. Especially, the facilities were quite old. Nothing so bad but nothing so good. It is located in a very quite place, though.

he staff is super friendly, and the rooms are very clean. There are numerous dining options and bars within walking distance. Additionally, there's an "EDEKA" grocery store just around the corner from the hotel, which boasts extended opening hours compared to the standard in Germany. Conveniently situated, the hotel is merely an 8-minute walk from the St. Pauli U-Bahn station, providing easy access to all of Hamburg. This Hotel will definitely be my top choice for a next trip to Hamburg.
