Located close to the main city and Alster lake, it was easy to walk for all amenities and places to visit. Staff were generally friendly and helpful.

Budget friendly and centrally situated.

Central but quiet area. Close to Hauptbahnhof and a variety of public transport. Many budget food options and close to the water. Budget friendly and basic hotel, breakfast included. Polite and easy communication with staff.

Pleasant Stay

Pleasant stay. I was in a top level room. It was dark and had awkward low sloped ceilings. Clean, serviceable, but not extraordinary. Convenient location near the main train station.

Overall a nice stay

The hotel was overall a pleasant experience. It is within 5mins walking distance to the train station but we weren’t aware of any train noise. It was a surprisingly busy street even though it seemed like a small side street. It is just around the corner from the lake and park which has paths to walk and the option to hire boats. The breakfast area was clean and the staff there attentive and friendly. Good selection of bread cheese and meats as well as cereals. Breakfast was on from 6.30 - 11 at the wkend which meant we had time to do the local parkrun and return in time for food! The bedroom was small but the ceiling was high and the window opened wide so even in the heat we could cool the room. Room was clean but could do with an update especially the carpet.

Very comfortable room even if small. Front desk not very friendly but it didn't really matter. Very well located as very walkable and very close to main train station.

Gute Lage, freundlich, gutes Frühstück

Ich war angenehm überrascht. Das Zimmer war zwar klein, aber hatte einen Schrank und bequemes Bett und sah relativ neu renoviert aus. Unser Zimmer lag zum Innenhof und war ruhig. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt und das Frühstück genossen. Es war besser, als ich für den von uns bezahltem Preis erwartet häte, zumal unserre Tochter um die Ecke in einem anderen Hotel nicht so gut untergebracht war.

This hotel was a nightmare. Unpleasant staff and very small rooms without air condition. The worst was that we noticed bed bugs in our room, that caused a lot of work and time with sanitation etc. The hotel Did not answer our request for compensation. DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL!

Überteuert, winzig und starker Geruch

Leider fing es nachts an, immer mehr nach Abwasser zu riechen, so dass ich davon wach wurde nicht einschlafen konnte. Das Zimmer war wintzig, so dass ich bereits in das Zimmer kaum hereinkam, weil ich zuerst am Bett vorbei klettern musste und dann am Schrank. Die Tür ging so eben am Bett vorbei. Für den Preis kein Verhältnis. Würde es auf keinen Fall empfehlen.

Jättetrevlig personal och fräscht rum.

Supertrevligt hotel och personal. De lät oss förvara våra väskor både innan vi checkat in och efter att vi checkat ut. Frukostbuffén var hade inte ovanligt mycket mat men var jättebra.

Lå super godt ifht. IRONMAN. Morgenmaden lidt spartansk men ok. Receptionen var meget dårlig til engelsk. Der var askebæger lige uden for hovedindgangen, som gjorde man skulle igennem en ryge tåge hver gang.
