Horrible!
All I would say is worst experience ever me and my friends weren’t aware of someone staying in the house + cameras in the house which is illegal in vrbos policy, the owner stated 4 rooms but we only got 2 available to us she said “drinking + smoking is acceptable” she also stated we can play loud music and she won’t mind and we said okay we started partying it was only 4 of us one of my friends had threw up on small parts of her steps and we attempted to clean it up ourselves instead of getting her to do it because that’s not really responsible she came out wearing a little pink sleep dress yelling and cursing at me and my friends and started cleaning the mess and continued saying she has to clean this big mess that WE made and attempted to clean ourselves she yelled about how she seen on the cameras when my friend threw up and that’s when we found out about cameras in the house she continued to argue with us and I believe she called the police and vrbo assistant about what just happened in her house so we decided to leave I don’t recommend this house she was weird one of my friends said she seen a man in a wheel chair watching cameras while she was in the basement some of the time we were there she’s not a good host what’s so ever -15/5 stars

all my other reviews speak for themselves.. when you are in the garage it lets us know someone is in where their not supposed to be..that's the alert we go, we don't have cameras in the sleeping area, just where no guests are supposed to be we will get an alert..people have stolen before so u are not exceptional...

Not what it seems.
The property was clean and nicely set up. However there was misinformation regarding the payment, checking in and the property managers presence/role in the house. The price was doubled after the original payment but as the price was so low I understood that this could have been an honest error. We were asked to supply covid vaccine cards upon check in the day prior, which wasn't in any previous conversations. The manager then waived this after we arrived. There are cameras in the house which we were not previously informed of nor given access to which is against vrbo policy and illegal, the manager was in and out of the house cleaning while we were not there, which was not previously discussed. We got double booked for one night, the property was not listed as a multiple rental and the manager became a bit pushy but ultimately canceled the booking. Additionally the manager stays on the property in an apartment down stairs. Ultimately we became uncomfortable with the dynamic and left the rental 3 days early. This could have been easily avoided with transparency about the rental property early on and a possible discussion about services available and desired between the renter and manager. Also this is a new property rental and I believe the manager is trying to find the right way the handle the property in everyone's best interest. The manager new to this business but is out going energetic and positive, with some time and adjustment this rental has the potential to be amazing.

Thank you for giving your view of honesty..My price never doubled, i call vrbo about the price change & I never do any adjustment without vrbo permission. vaccines cards everyone should know the pandemic is not over so everyone should know to have their vaccine cards on thems @ all times if not i will which i did considered not everyone took the vaccine but regardless I still allowed the entry! that wasn't mentioned in your honesty.. .that mindset had people dying still today not taken precaution & people have a tendency of not following the expectations ..so as a property manager as of all others to make sure things a running smoothly, it's not commercial... so i will at all cost prevent any problems.. CAMERAS if you read it was mentioned. u missed it, & only for security purposes, no audio, your safety & mine CLEANING when you are in a hotel don't the cleaners come & clean after u leave the room while u stay & when you return it's tidy, well no different in this aspect! DOUBLE-BOOKING is one thing I don't do, all my calendars are linked with Airbnb,vrbo, & travel nurses... so all available dates are visible for all guest it's not my doing, if there is, i will ask questions to the booked guest if there will be a problem which i have asked you & u mentioned it was a problem so i took care of it no problem..the other guest was coming after 8 pm that night & was staying in a separate section until u checked out @ 3 am & the other guest was fine with that! u were uncomfortable so I took care of it..I just a question & i did my part to make you were comfy! pushy never am i... you chose to cancel your booking days before without notifying me you were leaving. . i really didn't want you all to leave.. but i look at what people see & really try to understand..it's ok not everyone is the same...& I do have a pool house which is on the property & I stay there. @ times since there are strangers in your home but you still have to take precautions... There are cameras in hotels exedra...once it's not in the bedrooms & bathrooms I'm within legal rights THAT PART!..& Airbnb/vrbo always ask for the owner or property managers to be close by in case of anything. i do know i mention the host is on sight everyone has to read before booking..everyone still comes & doesn't read what is placed in all rooms, I believed I've followed all expectations me the host!..but you guys as I said are more than welcome any-time...since we're being REAL! here
