Country Oasis with a Fiji Vibe: Your urban Retreat

Imagine a spacious yard for 6 cars, a large pool for endless fun, and a BBQ deck connecting to the living room for leisurely gatherings. Enjoy outdoor sofas, watch kids swim, and sip drinks. End the day with hot tea and a 100" projector screen for Netflix or thrilling sports on Freeview. Explore nearby scenery and activities just a 5-15 minute drive away: restaurants, bars, supermarkets, and shopping malls. New Zealand's largest shopping complex, The Base, is also within a 15-minute drive.

This charming two-story wooden house, built entirely by LOCKWOOD in the 1980s, we did entire renovation in November 2021. It features three air conditioning units, located in both two living rooms and the master bedroom upstairs. The three additional bedrooms downstairs are equipped with wall heaters and fans. The hot water and bathing water downstairs are heated using gas from the gas tank, while the hot shower water upstairs is provided by a HOT WATER CYLINDER located inside the walk-in wardrobe of Master bedroom, which can comfortably accommodate bathing for four adults.

You must fall in love with a 75" Smart Samsung TV in the main living area, and 100" projector screen and a Samsung projector in the theatre lounge.

This house is perfect for families of all sizes, and children will absolutely love it here. We have a spacious swimming pool that kids will enjoy, and there's a very comfortable home theater where both adults and children can immerse themselves in the cinematic experience. In the summer, it feels like a little slice of Fiji with a tropical resort vibe. You can swim, have BBQs, watch movies, play games (we've provided some board games), and there are also some toys and books for the kids.

Furthermore, this house is equipped with solar panels. In the event of an unexpected power outage, the solar battery backup system in the house will make it the only house in the vicinity with electricity.

We have also installed an EV charger between the house and the garage, making it very convenient if you happen to drive an electric car.

Pros and Cons
Pros: Great communication and the place was spotless inside, and all descriptions were accurate. Cons: Slow internet (5 mbps) but 5G saved a Zoom meeting, grounds are covered with scraps of worn artificial grass that’s really unappealing, biggest problem was significant black algae and green algae in pool making it unusable.

The house was absolutely amazing, communication was alittle off as there was abit of confusion but then once everything was sorted we were welcomed with open arms, once getting to house we felt like we were in paradise, house was perfectly clean and over all we had the best time ever and my family absolutely enjoyed themselves✨, will definitely be coming back here
