You will have exclusive use of this apartment, and there's room for 4 guests with the Queen sized bedroom, plus fold out sofa bed in the living room. High speed internet is included and public transit is fantastic in this neighbourhood, making it easy to get around the city.

Our apartment is in the heart of the James North neighbourhood, one of the BEST and safest areas in all of Hamilton, surrounded by fabulous bars and restaurants with patios within walking distance.
Only minutes away are attractions such as: The Art Gallery of Hamilton, the beautiful and historic Dundurn Castle, Chedoke Falls, Chedoke Civic Golf Course and the Royal Botanical Gardens. There are many scenic walking and hiking trails, as well as the West Harbour waterfront, and breathtaking waterfalls.
Getting Around:
Hamilton's buses run regularly just a few metres from the apartment. There is also easy access to the highways and downtown core.
Our apartment is just metres from the James Steet North Go and Hunter Street GO, with morning service every 20 minutes express to Union Station (downtown Toronto) and back, every 23 minutes to Square One and Toronto International Airport. Evening return service available as well.

To help ensure a safe and trusted experience for all guests, ID verification may be required after booking.
• Please note there is a staircase leading to the unit.
• There is no on-site parking available. Please contact us if you require parking recommendations.
• For the safety and security of our guests, there are security cameras located in the common areas and exterior of the building. There are also cameras located on each of the floors facing the hallway, the entrance, the laundry area, the driveway, the parking lot and the fire escape. We kindly ask guests not to smoke in front of the building.
• The apartment is equipped with centralized heating and a portable air conditioner for cooling. A ceiling fan is also available for additional comfort.
• Please note that we are not responsible for any unreceived parcel delivery or shipping orders. We encourage guests to avoid placing online orders during their stay as shipping times can vary. Even when the expected delivery date is within your stay, we do not recommend placing orders that must be shipped to your vacation rental property.
•Pets are very welcome at our home. We accept one large dog (40 lbs or more), up to two small dogs (under 40 lbs). Please note that we do not accept cats at this time.
• A pet fee of CAD 49.00 will be added at the time of booking if the pet is added to the reservation. If no pet is declared during booking, we will collect the fee separately.
If you have more than one pet, please note that an extra fee of CAD 15.00 per pet will also be collected after booking confirmation
"Noise Awareness
Please note that this property is located in a residential building where sound can sometimes carry between units. You may hear footsteps or movement from neighboring condos during your stay. While this is normal in multi-unit buildings, we want you to feel informed and prepared."
We're happy to deliver:
• a "Pack 'N Play Crib" for $40 (one-time fee)
• a Highchair for $40 (one-time fee)
For stays of 21 days or more, a mid-stay cleaning is required. This policy helps us maintain the high standards of our property and ensures a comfortable experience for our long-term guests.
