My family and I stayed at the Four Points by Sheraton in Hamilton for two nights.
On the morning of our second day, our room had not been serviced—linens and towels were not changed—so we requested a full room service. We were informed that housekeeping would take care of the garbage, replace the towels, and make the beds.
However, when we returned later that evening, none of the requested services had been completed. I had to go to the front desk myself to request fresh towels. Additionally, the garbage had not been properly removed.
Upon checking out, we experienced unprofessional behavior from the cleaning staff, who made rude comments toward us. We reported this to the front desk staff before leaving.
Based on this experience, I would not stay at this establishment again, nor would I recommend it to others.
