Kick back and relax in our bright and modern private walk-out basement suite in charming Grimsby, Niagara Region. Take advantage of our professional office set up with fast and reliable Wi-Fi internet and enjoy the 1 minute walk to Lake Ontario with its stunning views of Toronto and Mississauga skylines. Drive to Forty Creek Distillery in 4 minutes, popular Grimsby Beach (5 min), Beamer Falls (6 min). Do not hesitate to stay at our fully furnished short term rental option in Grimsby.

The space:
Our bright and modern private walk-out basement suite sleeps two (2) guests comfortably. We offer one (1) bedroom with a comfortable queen size bed, bathroom with walk-in shower, fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances including a built-in microwave as well as a dishwasher. Our open concept living and dining area has a 55" wall mounted smart TV.
In our utility room we offer a washer and dryer for your convenience.
Our space accommodates business travelers as we provide reliable unlimited Wi-Fi coverage and a desk/work station with a printer and mini-library.
Please note, for your protection and safety we have total of three (3) outdoor security cameras installed around the property (outside only). During times when our guests are checked-in we have hired a third party security company to monitor the cameras for suspicious activities in order to protect our guests.

Guest access:
Our guests will have access to the entire basement suite (not shared) with a separate entrance through the backyard.
Designated parking is available for one (1) vehicle on the right side of the driveway. Street parking is also available.

Other things to note:
The main/upper apartment is owner-occupied. Parking on the left side of the driveway is reserved for the owners. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.

Lovely bright apartment in beautiful Niagara region

We stayed for 6 days and found the area charming and low key, with easy access to the highway and points beyond. Would definitely recommend!

A small gem

We enjoyed our stay in grimsby. We were in the area for a wedding and this lovely little unit suited our needs. The parks, trails and being close to the water were an extra bonus. Walking and bird watching were some favourite past times

Very nice unit

We enjoyed our stay in this Grimsby unit. It is a basement unit and there was some noise from the group upstairs on Saturday night. It wasn't terrible but white noise boxes could help alleviate the issue. We especially enjoyed being by the lake and walked a half a block to take in the views everyday.

Nice place to stay

It was a really nice place to stay for a little family of three. Its in a basement, but it have windows and daylight. All you need in the kitchen, and one parking at the property. We got some nice recommandations about places to visit , and appreciate the good service . Thank you for our stay 👍☺️

Nice and clean

The room is in the basement. The heater radiator was a little bit noisy. The rooms are nice and very clean. We enjoy our days.
