Welcome to M&K Home — a beautifully designed, spacious and comfortable home in one of Hamilton’s most convenient locations.

Tucked away in a quiet cul-de-sac, the home offers a peaceful and private place to relax while keeping almost everything you need within easy walking distance. Chartwell Shopping Centre is just around a 3-minute walk away, with supermarkets, cafés, restaurants, shops and everyday services close at hand. Hamilton’s public library is about a 5-minute walk away, and nearby you’ll also find Chartwell Fresh Asian supermarket, a gym and other useful local stores.

It’s a location that works particularly well for guests who want the convenience of the city without staying on a busy main road. Bus stops beside Chartwell Shopping Centre also provide convenient connections to Hamilton CBD and other parts of the city.

Inside, the home is bright, welcoming and thoughtfully arranged for both short and longer stays. Central air conditioning and double-glazed windows help keep the house comfortable throughout the year, while Wi-Fi, a Smart TV, books and our much-loved collection of board games provide plenty of ways to relax at home.

The spacious lounge opens through large glass doors directly onto a generous outdoor deck, creating an easy indoor-outdoor living space. It’s a lovely place to sit in the sunshine, enjoy a meal, read a book or simply spend time together. The private gated setting adds to the sense of space and privacy.

The home has four comfortable bedrooms. Three bedrooms have queen beds, while the fourth has two king single beds, which are larger than standard single beds and comfortable for adults as well as children. Fresh bed linen and bath towels are provided for your stay.

There are two full bathrooms. One has been designed with accessibility in mind and includes a step-free shower, toilet, grab rails and a wide entrance, making the home suitable for guests with a range of mobility needs. The second bathroom has a shower, toilet and vanity, and also incorporates the laundry area with a washing machine and dryer. An outdoor clothesline is available in the garden as well.

The modern kitchen is fully equipped for everyday cooking, with cookware, pots and pans, crockery, cutlery and kitchen utensils provided. We also leave a starter supply of useful basics such as cooking oil, seasonings, tea and coffee, helping make arrival easier, especially after a long journey or late check-in.

The Smart TV allows you to sign in to your own streaming services such as Netflix and Apple TV+, as well as access free New Zealand streaming services. For quieter evenings, there is also a good selection of books and board games, which many of our previous guests have particularly enjoyed.

Parking is easy. The gated driveway provides off-street parking for up to two large vehicles, while additional free street parking is available outside the property. The gate also gives the home an added sense of privacy from the street.

M&K Home works equally well for families, friends travelling together, small groups and business stays. With four bedrooms, two bathrooms, generous living areas, a large deck, accessible features and everyday conveniences just a few minutes away on foot, it offers the combination we value most ourselves: a home that is attractive and comfortable to spend time in, but also genuinely easy to live in.
