Great location, very close to the central downtown hub in great restaurant in walking vicinity. It was also great to have the option for Tim Hortons or Starbucks in the morning as they are both connected to the hotel and the mall that the hotel is connected to.

Breakfast was awesome way more than expected. Parking was a bit of an issue for me since my vehicle didn’t fit. 6.2 was the maximum height so I parked in the open lot but when I checked in they said they had a higher entrance for bigger vehicle which was good to know. The other entrance is 6.7 ..perfect! I was glad to have it parked in a secured parking garage.

This hotel was clean and the staff were friendly, but we stayed here March 31st during Cardi B's tour and they could have ushered or helped with lines coming back from the concert . It was chaos, We were told there were no stairs and had to wait up to 45 minutes for the elevator to take us to the 4th floor. Not ideal for parking (located underground).

Second time staying there, this time was super popular because of a game next door. Only issue was 1 of the 3 elevators were down but other than that great place to stay, conveniently located, affordable, and always a cab outside! Starbucks, groceries steps away!

the lack of a continental breakfast was inconvenient. If you do not want to spend money at the in hotel restaurant, door dash in food for breakfast or leave the premises to get food then I recommend packing breakfast foods such as muffins, fruit, cereal and milk and bring it yourself. I did however appreciate the secured parking the only suggestion is may not bring a full size truck as the height restrictions for the garage is 6'2" and, we noticed a few trucks attempting to enter and getting damaged as well as the parking is low/tight so a full size truck is not ideal in the underground parking especially when it is a full capacity. The rooms was clean and the hotel staff pleasant and helpful. I really liked that housekeeping comes everyday to clean the room, make the bed and restock in room amenities rather then just at the end of the stay. when you are a busy mom on a tournament/competition weekend the room can quickly become a disaster but coming back to a tidy definitely provide a calm moment when walking through the door. This hotel does have an onsite Starbucks which my daughter was obsessed with so its a teenagers dream. The Pool is nice and located higher up on the 3rd floor. I like that its not confined to a basement or with this particular hotel being in the area it is, it is not on the main level. The 3rd floor surrounded with windows makes for a great environment. Also liked that the gym was attached to the pool i could watch the kids while i worked out.

The staff was very friendly,and the room was very well maintained. I found it to be a huge problem that they did not have stairs available and guests could only use the elevators. There was a concert and everyone got back to the hotel at the same time. Two of the three elevators broke so we were stuck waiting in a huge line. The staff did take groups up via the service elevator but it would have been more convenient to let people take the stairs. To be clear there were emergency stairs, but guests weren't offered their use.

The hotel is quite dated, and the rooms feel like stepping into a basic setup with a TV and bed. While the rooms are large, they’re also very empty, which felt a bit depressing. Noise is another major issue. The walls feel like they’re made of paper, letting in noise throughout the day and evening. You can’t move without hearing someone next door. The elevator wasn’t working either, so I had to wait 15 minutes just to get to the first floor. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a nice, quiet escape.
