Our second time here this is a delightful place in a beautiful location. Even though the weather was awful we were able to storm watch out onto the harbour while the fire kept us cozy. We’ll be back!

Gorgeous location, great views, private. A very relaxing two days spent exploring the area. Studio well set up but some instructions on how to work the smart tv would have been useful for two oldies. Would love to come back.

Had a lovely 2 nights at Ruru Whare. The views were stunning and it was so nice not to have any neighbours. The Bach was clean, warm and vey well equipped. Looking forward to booking again soon

Had a fabulous short stay at Ruru Whare. I wish I could have stayed longer. It was so peaceful sitting on the sunny deck relaxing and watching the tide go in and out, and Mt Karioi in the distance.

Quiet and tranquil

We loved this home and location. Although my intention was to stay closer to Raglan, we ended up being very happy with where we were. We paddleboard and paddled across the bay/bar. It was heaven. Plus i love a morning fire with coffee.
