「Great location. Close to RIT and family in Chili. Furniture was very comfortable and it was nice to have the space to spread out and have our dog with us. The radiant heat made it very comfortable in the chilly temps. Would definitely stay here again.」

「The house was clean, aside from pet hair from previous people staying. Communication was great and very easy. I will say that if you do have accessibility needs that this house would be a problem since the only bathroom is on the 2nd floor. It wasn't a huge problem for us, but others it might. It was just something I overlooked. 」

「Rated 4/5 because of the exterior. The entrance requires lighting at night. The rear steps need to be repaired. Lastly, there was an excessive amount of fallen leaves, and due to rain it was very slippery. The interior was great!」
