"The issue is the bad communication with expedia which they don’t resolve the problem professionally and they are not telling the truth about offer in the hotel until we arrived and have been informed by the hotel management. So I will never use expedia a gain and advice people to double check before they travel."

"The staff were really friendly and helpful when they let us in and gave us our room key. However; the aircon was not working and the room was very unclean and swarming with bugs. I know the hotel is cheap but I’d rather pay a little bit more and be somewhere clean and with working aircon. Pro to the experience was the nice man who let us in though :) "

I understand saving energy costs, but the room was never really cool due to the fact they don't cool the rooms prior to a guest's arrival and you always need to leave your room key in the slot in order to maintain power.
