This place is beyond dirty with a bad service and customer service. Also everything is very disorganized because they don’t what they are doing. They would take you towels and never replace them with a clean ones so you have no towels at all. No toilet paper ever. Sheets are super dirty and furniture is super old. The only good thing is the beach with a super expensive restaurant. It should have 2 stars not 3. Stay somewhere else!

Hôtel avec des chambres anciennes d'architecture typique en voute très fonctionnelle, un petit jardin magnifique qui rappelle les jardins andalous, la nourriture variée et bonne. Les enfants ont adoré les toboggans. Animation variée pour les enfants. Personnel courtois et à l'écoute.

Preis Leistungsverhältnis relativ gut. Man merkt allerdings den unterschied, wie sie den Europäer behandeln und wie die anderen behandelt werden. Kein Wlan in den Zimmern ist auch nicht toll. Der strand und das Meer sind einfach hervorragend. Alles in allem werde ich wahrscheinlich keinen urlaub mehr in tunesien machen, die Verkäufer sind sehr sehr sehr aufdringlich und verlangen unmengen Geld von den Touristen. Der Preis richtet sich immer nach der Spracher der Käufer, was ja sehr lächerlich ist.ich war leider sehr enttäuscht

Piscine et plage agréable Chambre sale ( traces sur le carrelage de la salle de bain robinetterie miroir) et ménage pas fait quotidiennement / clim bruyante pour la nuit Nourriture peu variée snack quasi inexistant N’avons pas eu le droit à l’alcool dans notre offre all inclusive on nous a remis des bracelets n’ayant pas possibilité d’avoir des boissons alcoolisées. Personnel de l’hôtel pas aimable (serveurs réception restaurant) Point positif du séjour fut les animateurs et les personnes s’occupant des excursions qui étaient très sympathique.

It was a wedding gift from my sister-in-law who had told the hotel.com adviser of the platform Hotel.com in Ireland and we are very disappointed with the services and service of the staff of this hotel when we arrived we were Waited for hours in the lobby without even offered a refreshing, we were housed in a low-end room I could not swim in the pool, there were no towels or toiletries. Toillettes in the room we requested and each time the person returned to our room without knocking on the door! the dishes from the buffet restaurant had no indication with or without pork !!! no respect for the customers !!!

Plage pas nettoyée et mer souvent pas baignable, nourriture pas mauvaise mais peu variée, personnel des piscines un peu trop entreprenant ça en devient lourd surtout quand on vient avec nos enfants..pas vraiment All inclusive car quand on vient avec expédia l’alcool n’est pas compris! Super hotel!

Super équipe!!! Personnel à l'ecoute, très souriant et très sympas! Chambre propre et literie correct. Nous avons très bien mangé, sauf les boissons qui n'étaient pas terribles (all inclusive) Animations top! Nous avons passé un très bon séjour!
