Kind and hard working staff in an impressive building near the sea. Beach is beautiful. Room cleanliness was an issue on arrival but was fixed within an hour. In that context I felt management could have employed more housekeeping staff. That team seems small compared to the number of guests. Having signs on the door that you don't need your room cleaned each day might be an alternative if staff levels can't be increased. Or introduce a policy that sheets are changed every third day unless requested in advance. Also please ban indoor smoking in the lobby bar serving area . That's unfair to staff and to guests with asthma. Overall it seems a good option if you are looking for a big hotel near a beach that offers all inclusive packages

Nice Hotel in need of a little bit of TLC. Room and reception/foyer was excellent, however, damp spots in corridors. Pool closed with unfinished paved areas around pool unfinished. Not what you would expect from a 5* establishment.
Food ok, but erring on the cheap side. No steak, lamb chops or grilled meat other than liver, however, the small fish were delish.
The hotel did their best to clean up around the hotel, however, the beaches are the worst littered I've ever seen and areas a couple of streets back seem to be fair game for fly tipping with building rubble and rubbish everywhere. Needs a major clean up if it wants to compete with the resorts on the Western, Northern and eastern shores of the mediteranean.
Watch out for the confiscation of your cash at the airport. Make sure you spend or convert all local currency before you go through security. They will confiscate all currency and issue you with a receipt to be spent within 2 years if you return. I travel extensively and never had my money "Stolen" from me by the government on the way home. IT IS CONFISCATED BEFORE DUTY FREE SO YOU CAN NOT SPEND THERE.
Ceci n'est pas un hôtel 5* sur base des critères européens, au mieux c'est un 2*.
This is not a 5* hotel considering the European standards, best case it's a 2*.
The restaurant is a dirty canteen, noisy, with awful food.
The rooms are dirty with oldish equipment...the door to our terrace couldn't be properly closed.
The elevators sometimes do not properly close either by the way, so we used the stairs to go to our rooms at the 3rd floor. Safety first!
The tennis court is...not a tennis court...
No correct Internet connection the rooms and unstable connection in the common area.
You need to be before 8AM at the beach and/or the swimming pool to have a beach deckchair...if you're lucky.
In the end, we spent most part of our time on the beach from early morning..... paying on top the bar, the restaurant and we had dinner outside the hotel in the evening. I suggest you the Beer Garden (5 minutes walk) as place to be for lunch and dinner, go to the Amiral restaurant (at the marina) for dinner. You need to book previously.
Just consider this hotel as an expensive place only where to sleep and shower....nothing more.
Do not take "All Inclusive" formula !!!!
There was a huge lack of customer service. The quality of the bedding was terrible, the manager at the front desk was terrible at helping and wasn't timely, he also kept our passports for a worryingly long time and refused to give it back until a long time later.
Not the 5 star it claims. Overall the property not well maintained and rooms are okay in comparison with other chains I stayed in within the same area.
No heard water in the room no telephone very very poor internet wi-fi am so bad for Hôtel 5 star the food is not delicious is very poor too no more go back there
Advertised as 5 stars…
This property is barely 2 star
On arrival at 10pm my room was not ready I had to wait 30 mins.
I was given a brief description on the amenities of the hotel… in FRENCH! I’m from the UK
I read English and Spanish.
No safe key given to me.
I found out on the 3rd day you need a key to operate the safe which reception give you…
The property is rundown.
Dirty table cloths at breakfast.
Food so poor including the Tunisia food. Full of bones with little meat… tasteless
I had to eat outside of the all inclusive hotel; the food was so bad.
The room had a blockage in the bath… the shower would no drain away. The telephone in the room was broken.
There are two swimming pools the relaxation is next to a children pool not relaxing at all… with grass worn way to leave dirt patches. Therefore if you went into the pool you would end up with dirt and mud on your feet.
The activity pool you had to walk round the back of the hotel through car park to get to this and past a building site on the hotel property which had old windows piled up!
The private beach was across the main road with a hut as a beach bar and boarded disinterested staff and one tall fridge that looked ready for the rubbish dump!
My advice… save your money go to another hotel!
I went for relaxation and rest and was stressed with the standard and lies of the promotion on the hotel.
In my opinion it should be closed down refurbished and staff be retrained to the correct 5 star level.
Shocking!!!
