"The lady who checked me in was awesome - so friendly and welcoming! The property overall was not very clean and shows a lot of wear. My room was "clean enough" but not nearly as clean as most hotels I stay in. I was only there for one night & had a late check-in & early check-out or I would have left in search of another, cleaner property. The location is very convenient and again, the staff was wonderful, so hopefully they will update & clean this hotel better in the futute"

"This property definitely surprised us!!! I expected (due to price) just a mediocre establishment. Instead, we found ourselves in Extended Stay Heaven. HUGE rooms with one bedroom and queen bed plus sofa made into a bed and a nice size desk plus huge kitchen with even a dishwasher. In regards to the kitchen area, they come completely unfinished. Bring your own everything to do with food and dining in the room. Otherwise, absolutely perfect and much more than we thought $78 could ever get us. The room was very clean and the bathroom was even huge and spacious. We will stay again when we visit the Covington-Mandeville areas in the near future."

"Ms. Nikita at the front desk greeted me warmly and even showed me to my room. She readily gave me extra towels when I requested them and got me promptly moved to a different room when my TV wasnt working. She went above and beyond and made me feel very special. The room was super clean and the bed comfortable. The pool looked inviting and the property was very nice...parking easy. Overall it was one of the best stays Ive ever had, especially for the price!"
