Good overnight hotel.
I was extremely disappointed in the no breakfast. I booked the room for a little more as it was advertised to be included. I would have like a hook on bath door to hang a towel or my pajamas. We also were given a room by the elevator which banged most of the night. They were no where near full capacity. The service, location and cleanliness were outstanding.

The lady at the front desk was very friendly.
She remembered checking us in and checked on our comfort and happiness with the property when she saw us again. The rooms were very clean and in great condition. We really had a great stay. When you travel with little ones a comfortable room and friendly staff means so much.

I wasn’t expecting too much since the price was so low but I thought it would be better than it was. The rooms were very small and not clean. The bathroom smelled like mildew and the drain for the shower was clogged so the tub filled up when taking a shower. The halls smelled like a mixture of a bunch of restaurants and it was loud. Overall pretty disappointing but I guess you get what you pay for.

Shelly is a wonderful worker and she should be promoted ,had to put that out there first. But we were greeted by roaches, the bed was supposed to be king and it was full, no night stand on both sides so in convenient. Our plans is never to go back.

The elevator needed vacuuming and our room was very nice but whoever stayed before us has a pet and there was pet hair in the floor but after we brought it to the front desk attention, it was taken care.

This room had a strong disinfectant smell that gave me a headache.
No coffee maker or anything in kitchenette.
Parking behind building with5 guys out back smoking. Didn’t feel safe. Did get to move car.
Floor dirty. Not mopped. This was 100.00 nite but front desk comped 45.00.
We moved to another motel the next morning.

There was breakfast advertised in the listing before booking and also signage on the walls of the hotel however, there is no continental breakfast available... The room smelled like old mold or mildew causing my family to feel ill. We left a day early from this establishment and went elsewhere. Some things in the room did not work. The air did not get cold although we kept the gauge on 66. staff was nice but kindof unprofessional though.

Bad smell
The room, elevator, hallway and the hotel smell bad. The parking lot nasty. I never been in a hotel where you have to bring your use towels to the front desk to get new ones. I stayed two days and never did see anyone in house keeping. This was the first and last time staying at any econo lodge
