Brian is so accommodating and cannot do enough for his guests! My boyfriend and I found this hidden treasure a year ago and never wanted to leave! It’s set on the bay and is so amazing that there are no words to describe it! It’s so clean and it’s serenity and peace like no other! The pool is so clean and it’s mineral pool, we love taking out the kayaks on gorgeous bay! The property and rooms and so clean and Brian who runs the report is so kind and cannot do enough for everyone! I cannot say enough positive words about our stay on behalf of my boyfriend and I!

This was located in such a peaceful spot with a beautiful view. I loved being on the second floor with the balcony. I can’t say enough good things about the staff! Brian and Pat are so accommodating and friendly. They go out of their way to make sure everyone is happy. I’m looking forward to going back in the fall!

We had a quick trip out east and the Bayview came through. Great location, comfortable rooms, beds and amenities were super helpful. Patrick and the whole staff are so kind and thoughtful, very knowledgeable about the area and had great recommendations. The decks, pool and fire pit areas are easily accessible and nice spots to chill. And the breakfast was great; got us started each day. Will be back!

The front office staff Patrick is extremely nice and friendly. He gave us lots of useful advice and information. The water view room is very clean and only few steps away from a nice bay view balcony. The ponquegue beach is about 10 minutes drive, which is really nice and big,The resort has a pass could enter the beach for free. I will recommend everyone to stay at Bayview Resort and my family will definitely come back.

We stayed at Bayview Resort for two nights and absolutely loved it! It has that wonderful old-school Hamptons motel charm, but with all the modern amenities you want for a comfortable stay. Our room was very clean and nicely decorated with a fresh, modern beachy feel. The Brian, Patrick and all the staff couldn’t have been more friendly or helpful, and the continental breakfast each morning was a really nice touch. Bayview has managed to keep that nostalgic, relaxed summer vacation vibe while still feeling updated and well cared for. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and look forward to coming back again…and again!

This was my first time to the Hamptons and it was very enjoyable. The property we stayed at was a good part of making our 5 day stay so successful. The salt water pool was clean and was right on the bay. The deck, also on the bay, was a lovely place to have our coffee and breakfast. They also had a parking pass for the beach, which saved us the $40 or $50 non-resident parking fee! Brothers Patrick and Brian shared their knowledge of places to go and restaurants to frequent. Bayview Resort is an older property and could use some upgrading in their rooms. But all in all it was about what we expected, and the service was superior. Patricia

A wedding in West Hampton is how we found Bayview Resort. 4 night stay June 25 to 29 of 2026 We reserved the King Deluxe Room and stayed in room 11 which was clean & comfortable. The grounds are well kept The salt water pool a delight & the dock over the bay water offered beautiful sunrises & sunsets, very relaxing. Brian & Patrick were very accommodating & friendly The Resort is close to beaches, shopping, and restaurants. We found it to be a hidden gem & would definitely reserve again. Highly recommend Molly & Pete from the Finger Lakes Region
