The downstairs kitchen has been removed and was being converted to a living space with Murphy bed, which wasn’t quite ready on arrival. While the house appeared generally clean, the oven was dirty and the fridge contained half-used condiments. A damp, musty smell was present downstairs.Outside, the deck is a great size with good seating, but needed cleaning and maintenance. The grill was left dirty from prior……

“We had a wonderful trip to Hamptons Bay and this house was a perfect fit for 2 families with kids ages 2-12. The house is beautifully updated, comfortable beds and very clean. The yard is great! Communication was great, my only suggestion is find out the WiFi ahead as our reception was very spotty without it. Great stay!”
