“I will come back again ”

“it started great with Julie at check in. from there it slowly started to not be so good. we ordered an ocean view room. we were told we were given an accessible room because the other rooms like pictured were not available. the managers reception at most embassy suites serves real food, all week when we attended it was warm cheese squares, crackers, raw vegetables, and a line to wait in for 2 drinks each. (not what we are used to) in our room we moved to sofa to be able to see the ocean and……

“The host stopped replying after taking full payment. I went to check in after driving 12 hours only for there to be no reseravtation at the resort.The staff was not helpful in anyway and left me and my family stuck to figure it out ourselves.”

“We had a very short stay and so didn’t use any of the amenities available. The property was exactly as advertised and met our needs. There was clear communication with the property manager and the check in process was very easy. It’s a perfect location as you are very near colonial Williamsburg, Busch Gardens and museums.”
