「This sweet cottage has everything you need for a comfortable stay! The owners on site in attached house obviously care that you enjoy your stay. Parking is tight for a larger vehicle but there is another spot within walking distance if you should need it. The beach is so close!」

「Host had excellent communication prior to and during our stay. Cottage was just as described, cute, and clean.」

「This location was perfect for a family! The neighborhood was quiet, but in walking distance to the beach. There were many thoughtful touches at the cottage. We were very comfortable and really enjoyed the fenced in yard with a walking 14 month old! We will definitely be back!」

「The cottage was in a perfect location. Walking distance to the beach and morning coffee, as well as a small grocery store around the corner. Nice backyard. Comfortable beds. Living area was small but lay out gave us plenty of space. 」

「The location was spot on and perfect. The other families renting cottages next door were very friendly. Parking was a little chaotic at times but everywhere near the beach is like that! Beds were very comfortable, the old school look and feel was exactly what we wanted. Steven was fantastic to deal with too. Can't wait to go back!」

「“Up the beach “ is an amazing hidden gemeverything in the description is right on. My Family and I enjoyed everything about it all the amenities and especially the view from the back. Its was quiet private clean and spacious, and gave us a beautiful place to be together. Great communication with Marybeth and Tim. We’re very thankful Wood recommend us anyone that would like it. Beautiful place to stay. 」

「Loved the privacy of two separate bedrooms. Comfortable relaxing chairs for tv watching and fantastic having a table and four chairs for eating. Short stroll to the beach and the boardwalk with many delicious food options available. Very nice to have full size fridge and host was very nice and helpful as we flew into town and didn’t know to pack sheets. So she brought us some sheets and towels. Great location. 」

「Kim and Mark were great just,they went above and beyond! It simple ,cozy and right next to the beach! It was like hanging out with family. I think we have made some friends and look forward to seeing them again.」

「It was my first time staying at this location and I loved how close the boardwalk was a few min walk n your on the beach met a group that stay ever year and made our stay more comfortable just being around relaxed people so glad they were not kids partying only grip I had was there was not enough outlets for everyone's cell phones but definitely stay again regardless of the outlet shortage 」
