“Carmen was amazing, quick to reply quick to assist, thank you so much! The 12 acre oasis was great. The lighting at night on the stairs at cottage a could be better, it looked like there used to be lights there, but they do not work. When it rained there’s a pretty good leak in the ceiling on the porch at cottage A and the dock with the cinderblocks underneath didn’t seem safe. Those were just a few minor things otherwise everything was good! Thank you again”

“Pros: really soft and comfy beds, plenty of towels (found in the dryer), large TV in living room, washer and dryer in unitCons: didn’t receive code for front door until I called the owner 5x (voicemail was full) and messaged VRBO asking for it on Friday night when we arrived. He called back Sunday to see why we called. Paint was peeling on walls. It definitely wasn’t cleaned properly before we checked in (clothing stickers on the walls and tinsel all over the floor). Front screen door was broken……
