「Our second stay in this house (top floor only).Easy booking, clear instructions, has as described. Great location for our stay in Hana. Helpful host!We were familiar with the house and it is as advertised. The only issue was two of the fans don't work as they should (one moves little to no air now as compared to our last stay) and the other started making very loud noises during the night and woke 2 of us up. When they are fixed all will be great! 」

「Just wonderful. Bananas and star fruit growing in the yard, amongst dozens of different flowers. You do have to share the premises with cows and geckos….fine by us! Big, open rooms, very old-beach style. Wonderful ocean views, particularly from the upstairs bedroom. A great visit.」

「This hime made forr he perfect stay in Hana. An easy walk to the red sand beach made for the perfect afternoon. Pranees Thai food was amazing and also a short walk away.The home is clean, updated, and perfectly decorated. Roberta was communicative and hepful. My wife and I truly did not want to leave this place. We will 100% return to this property in the future. 」

「This property is amazing! Not right on the water but great view of the ocean, can hear the ocean and 3minute walk to the beach!! Beautiful property and plenty of extras such as a jacuzzi, sauna, boogie boards, beach chairs, beach toys for the kids, and an on-site private outside shower to clean up after walking or playing in the beach. 」

「The neighborhood is a nice quiet area, with shops & places to eat within a minute walk. The driveway is a bit tricky, but opens up to a beautiful property with plenty of outdoor space. The house itself was very clean & neat, and the rooms all fit our needs. We only stayed one night but wish we could have stayed a week! I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking to stay off the beaten path but still be able to see everything you want!」

「There is absolutely nothing we could think of that was missing from our week at Banyon Tree! The property is beautiful, lovingly maintained, and made this our best trip to Hawaii ever!! Actually, our best-ever family vacation! Plenty of room for swimming, playing Capture the Flag, enjoying family dinners, playing card and table games, and just hanging out. 「The house was nice in a great location. We met the neighbors and everyone was very nice. We did not realize it was 2 separate living spaces. To get upstairs, you had to go outside. It was fine for us but we did feel separated from the other 2 families 」

「Place was great and would definitely stay again! There was a nice yard and a closet full of beach gear, chairs and coolers we made use of. Only thing that would have been better was if the hot tub was not on a timer that shuts off later at night. Great spot!!」
